Natalie brings over 25 years of teaching experience in schools, combining deep classroom knowledge with leadership roles that support positive school culture and social dynamics.
She has presented to over 55,000 students, delivering workshops and programs that tackle real challenges teens and schools face today. Natalie creates practical resources and programs that strengthen student capacity and fosters lasting, positive change.
Recognised with the Staff Recognition Award (St John Paul II) and the James Carroll Scholarship (ACU), she is well regarded in schools across Sydney and recently by Early Career teachers as a tutor at ACU.
She remains engaged in ongoing professional supervision postgraduate studies, teaches and presents in schools regularly ensuring her work continues to make a meaningful difference.
