Find out more about the student session 'Reel Life B4 Reel Likes' and why it is beneficial for schools to continue to create time and space for student wellbeing support in this area and in high schools.

No longer an optional extra - wellbeing support and REAL talk about what is REALLY happening for teens in regards to bullying will require a new approach.
By 2027 NSW schools are required to publish and implement policy and procedures in line with the new ‘NSW Anti-bullying Framework’ addressing: Preventing, Responding; Partnering and Implementing.
Frameworks are being provided to schools, schools are required to create their own frameworks and policies (all great!) HOWEVER can we PLEASE also continue to PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH FRAMEWORKS, dialogue and understanding on how to respond in helpful ways in real time when others are not treating them well AND empower them to know what to do next!
In support of this, schools may wish to consider THE SOCIAL COMPASS: ANTI-BULLYING PROGRAM empowering students to navigate social behaviours confidently, respond to bullying in ways that are actually helpful and contribute to a strong, KIND pro-awareness culture.
Many schools are already doing strong work in this space however there is no need to wait until 2027 to deepen conversations and continue building a culture of awareness, kindness and action. Consulting options also available.
