
Natalie Vella is an experienced educator and wellbeing facilitator with a strong background in supporting personal growth and resilience. A graduate of Emmaus College, she built her early career at St John Paul II Catholic College (formerly Terra Sancta College), where she contributed to student development and holistic wellbeing approaches.
Natalie has delivered a wide range of wellbeing programs, worked extensively in a range of schools and dioceses and most recently expanded her teaching into tertiary education supporting beginner teachers with a focus on effective classroom management.
She continues to help individuals and groups build confidence, develop practical life skills, and navigate challenges with clarity. Known for her thoughtful and grounded approach, she brings both professional experience and genuine care to every program she presents.
Today, Natalie continues to bring her skills, knowledge, and lived experience into her own practice—Free to Be Resources. Through workshops, mentoring, resources, and personal guidance, Natalie creates spaces where people feel seen, supported, and free to be their full, genuine selves.
